About the Facilitator

The RISE Method™ Mastermind is facilitated by Candice Megginson, founder of Her-Gainz and creator of The RISE Method™ framework.

After more than two decades of leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force, Candice retired in 2026 with a career focused on organizational systems, knowledge management, and operational leadership. Her work has centered on helping individuals and teams navigate complexity while strengthening resilience and clarity.

Through Her-Gainz and The RISE Method™ she now advises organizations and guides individuals through structured reflection, leadership development, and intentional growth.
